BACKGROUND
Monye-Makgobe Trading & Projects was formed out of necessity due to the high unemployment rates in the area. The founding members decided to open the business to combat this and create a source of income for them.
The opportunity offered by the Construction company that requested our company to sub-contract with them to manufacture 26 windows and 4 panels of sliding door and 5 sliding doors and 1 Staple door and renovating of the houses, that enable the business to get an early boost as it began with a strong income base, enabling the company to employ five additional person and generate cash flow. The company is being recognised by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and South African Glass and Glazing Association (SAGGA).
VISION
The delivery of outstanding workmanship on all projects is to grow the business into a formidable competitor in the local manufacturing of Aluminium works and Building construction.
MISSION
To become the supplier and employer of a choice within the building and renovating industries, and Aluminium works in Gauteng through the provision and competitive and steady growth, employment and skills development and the delivery of on time outstanding workmanship.
